In 2023, members of the UP Third World Studies Center staff visited sites located in Metro Manila and Luzon; nearly 100 sites were documented. In 2025, the project was expanded to include sites in Leyte and, to a lesser extent, its neighboring province of Samar, where nearly 50 sites were added to the count.
